John M. Lefler has been going to trial for many years in civil and criminal jury cases and trials to the court in the state and federal courts of Nebraska and California. He has handled appeals before the Nebraska Supreme Court, Nebraska Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the California Court of Appeals. He also represents clients who have been injured in automobile, motorcycle and truck accidents resulting in permanent injuries, disabilities, job loss, and impairment of the ability to earn a living. In addition to handling automobile, motorcycle and truck personal injury claims, he represents clients charged with drunk driving (dui / dwi) in court and before the department of motor vehicles.
